Dinner came together way faster than usual because this sauce clings to the chicken without sliding off, and I loved that there's no soy or fake sweeteners in it. It's my new go-to for a quick weeknight stir-fry.
The thickness is no joke—it actually clings to the meat instead of sliding off, and the sweetness is balanced without that fake soy aftertaste. Glazed some salmon with it and the caramelized crust was perfection.
The texture really is thick and sticky, like it clings to the chicken before it even hits the pan. I just wish it had a bit more of a vinegar kick to balance the sweetness, but it’s a solid weeknight marinade.
