I was skeptical that an aioli could taste this fresh from a bottle, but the creamy texture and savory garlic kick are spot-on. The avocado oil base makes it feel lighter than regular mayo, and it’s become my go-to for spreading on sandwiches.
The avocado oil base gives it a silkier mouthfeel than standard mayo, and the garlic kick is sharp but not overpowering. I’ve been putting it on sandwiches and burgers all week, and the squeeze bottle makes portioning way cleaner than a jar spoon.
The squeeze bottle is genuinely handy for drizzling over tacos without the mess of a spoon, and the garlic kick comes through nicely without overpowering. I’m glad it’s made with avocado oil, though I wish the container was a bit bigger for the price.
