I was skeptical about a mayo swap, but the cage-free eggs make it taste noticeably fresher than the usual jar. It's become my go-to for tuna salad and I've already gone through two bottles this month.
The avocado oil gives it a smooth, rich texture that actually tastes like classic mayo—no weird aftertaste. I’ve been using it on sandwiches and in tuna salad all week, and the cage-free eggs make it feel a bit more wholesome than my usual jar.
I’ve tried a lot of clean mayos and this one actually tastes like the real deal, not a weird diet version. The cage-free eggs make the texture feel genuinely rich, and it holds up perfectly in a classic chicken salad.
