The texture is spot-on—thick enough to cling to a crab cake without sliding off, but still spoonable. I’m on a paleo kick and this fits right in with the organic ingredients, plus it’s Whole30 approved which is a huge win for me.
I've tried a lot of cocktail sauces over the years, and this one's got a real kick without that syrupy sweetness most brands have. It was thick enough to cling to my crab cakes, and knowing it's certified paleo made it a guilt-free splurge.
