I've been drizzle-testing this on everything and the avocado oil base actually keeps it from tasting thin like most vegan ranches. It's tangy and herby the way real ranch should be, no weird aftertaste at all. My salads finally don't feel like a compromise.
The texture is genuinely creamy without any eggy aftertaste, and the tang hits just right when I dip roasted veggies in it. I’ve tried other plant-based ranches that separate or taste too vinegary, but this one holds up nicely in the fridge for over a week.
I was skeptical a dairy-free ranch could nail that buttermilk tang, but this one gets it right with a genuinely creamy texture from the avocado oil. Poured it over a taco salad and honestly couldn't tell the difference from the regular stuff.
