Took a chance on this because most multis have like 15 ingredients and this one lists 53, including phytonutrients I actually recognize. Two months in and I've stopped needing an afternoon coffee crash nap, which I'll happily credit to the B vitamins.

My morning routine used to feel incomplete, but now the 53 quality nutrients in this formula have me covered without needing a handful of different bottles. I can feel the difference in my energy by early afternoon, which is when I used to crash hard.

Started taking these with breakfast instead of my old basic multi, and the phytonutrient blend is the real differentiator—I notice I'm not crashing mid-afternoon like I used to. Pills are a bit large but easy enough to swallow with yogurt.
