The adaptogen blend is the main reason I picked this up, and three weeks in I notice my shoulders aren’t as tense by late afternoon. It’s subtle, but the calm feels earned, not forced. Definitely keeping it in my daily routine.

My sleep has been deeper since adding these to my morning routine, and the adaptogen blend is finally helping me feel less reactive to afternoon meetings. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach upset, which matters since I'm sensitive to most supplements.

Three weeks in and I'm noticeably calmer during the afternoon slump that used to wreck my focus, and the adaptogen blend is the reason I keep reaching for the bottle each morning. It's not a dramatic change, just a steady sense of steadiness that I didn't expect from a supplement.
