The garlic flavor is deep and roasty without being sharp, and the avocado oil base makes it feel lighter than the usual olive oil jars. Poured it straight over some pan-seared chicken and the sauce clung just right. This is my new weeknight standby.
The avocado oil base makes this sauce noticeably smoother than standard jarred marinara, and it coats pasta without feeling greasy. I do wish the garlic came through a bit more aggressively, but it's a solid weeknight upgrade for the price.
