Korean Style BBQ Sauce

The lack of cane sugar or corn syrup in the ingredient list was the reason I grabbed it, and it still delivers that sweet, sticky glaze I was after on pork ribs last night. Cleaned out the jar in one sitting, honestly a bit embarrassed about that.

Smothered it over grilled chicken thighs last night and the whole kitchen smelled incredible. Love that it's soy-free too since that usually sends my stomach into a spiral, yet this still hit that sweet and savory balance. Sticky glaze on the meat was exactly what I was hoping for.

Glad I finally found a BBQ sauce without the usual sugar overload—this one’s got that smoky-sweet kick without any high fructose corn syrup. It’s a bit thinner than I expected, but it clings well on grilled chicken and the soy-free factor is a nice bonus for my allergy.
