The avocado oil base gives it a smooth, clean finish that lets the roasted garlic shine through without any of that greasy aftertaste I get from cheaper sauces. Poured it straight over some pasta for a quick weeknight dinner and it was the most flavor I've had from a jar in ages.
Roasted garlic is the star here, not an afterthought—it comes through in every spoonful. I poured it over zucchini noodles and didn't even miss the meat. The sauce has a nice thickness that clings to pasta and a subtle richness from the avocado oil that isn't greasy.
The garlic flavor is deep and roasty without being sharp, and the avocado oil base makes it feel lighter than the usual olive oil jars. Poured it straight over some pan-seared chicken and the sauce clung just right. This is my new weeknight standby.
