Poured it straight over fettuccine and it was silky without a drop of dairy—the cashew base makes it rich without that heavy feeling. The kale adds a subtle peppery edge that keeps the alfredo from being too one-note. I’ve already got a second jar in the pantry.

The avocado oil base makes it feel genuinely rich without any heaviness, and the kale bits give it a nice texture against penne. Only wish the jar were a bit bigger since we finished it in two sittings.
